I made potatoes and eggs for breakfast and when I cracked the eggs.....this came out. Never have I seen this before and I then discovered that these eggs are not organic. I have no idea what the hens are fed and I don't think I want to know. Also...they tasted a little weird. Now the organic ones taste like they are supposed to....I will say that here you can get any kind of eggs you want in the store.....even quail eggs. In your grocery store, where the cheeses are?.... Take that whole amount of room and put in eggs....brown eggs, white eggs, large, small, medium, quail eggs, it goes on and on. It's amazing.
