Radiation so far

I have had radiation for 2 days so far....not a biggy, thus far. It's just like getting an xray....that's it. A machine moves into place and then a buzzer goes off for about 20 seconds....this happens 3 times and then you're done. I then go home and put a special lotion on the site being radiated. That's all there is to it, so far. I am not overly tired, my appetite is ok. I do have to use Ivory soap and a deoderant that is NOT an anti-perspirant due to the aluminum.

Hey what about all these fires in California Huh? The air quality in Bakersfield is something else...very unhealthy. That and the temperature outside is supposed to be 105 today...that's just too much I'd say. I can handle the heat but not the air...it smells smokey and burns the eyes. They say the Piute fire south of Lake Isabella (which is in the mountains) was not started by lightening...who would do someting like that? Knowing how dry the mountains are and how dry the areas surrounding any towns are...how could one be so careless or evil to do this. People just amaze me in what they are capable of. Very sad.
