Another wedding set.... necklace, earrings, and bracelet.
Diamond rings galore! Big ones, little ones and in between ones...anything you want. Set ones, loose ones, colored ones. Come one.... Come all!
This is a picutre of one length of the Souk. Mind you this is just indoors, and one side. You still have all the outdoors, upstairs and another length on the other side.
Notice the golden vest...spun gold all 22 carat....all of the jewels here are for brides and anyone else that can afford them.

All walks of life come through here as do many policemen. This area is very very regulated and strict rules to the quality of gold and diamonds. There are a few private shops that you must have LOTS of money....the jewels are in locked boxes from safes and you sit in a chair ask what you want, and the jewels are brought to you. We have only seen Sheiks in there...not any private citizens, although I am sure there are many, just not on that day. Ohh one can only dream of owning pieces like that. hmmmmmmm.
