It's February already and getting close to Valentine's day. I love that holiday. Christmas and Valentine's Day are my favorites. I love the romance and closeness of them both. Looking forward to the 11 days going by fast, to see what Hubby comes up with. I have a great card for him. Thinking of something else...we'll see.
Talked with Gage yesterday. He had received a little card from us and I was glad that he received it. The call was short but we did hear from him. Now I will send a Valentine's package to him.. A hat and scarf that I knitted for him....in red. I hope he likes it. Also a bit of valentine's candy.
I'm sick with a head cold that my dear Hubby gave me. He had it last week and it's my turn now. Could be worse...it could be a head and chest cold. I'll take what I have.
Today is -2 degrees here and at the in-law's it's -30 degrees. YIKES! I wouldn't put my big toe out there for any reason.....actually the paper is out there.....but it can sit out there until Hubby gets it. He's at the in-laws right now and I can wait to read the news until tonite or tomorrow. In fact it might sit out there until Wednesday when the weather is supposed to warm up to a whopping 3 degrees! YIPPEE!

I've been thinking of you guys with the bad weather. Damn it's cold there. This is 10 days later, but i'm sure it's still cold. Glad you heard form Gage and hope all is well with him!
