Gosh it's been a loooong time since I added to this.
I am working as a para substitute...teacher's aide sub for special needs kids. LOVE IT! It isn't every day but 3 days week would be great. June 10th is the last day of school here.
Hubby started climbing trees in April...we have about 7 dead oak trees and it would cost about $350 per tree to take down so we bought the necessary gear for Hubby to do it himself....he likes it but it is a lot of work for him.
We went to New Orleans (on my birthday) for his job...I played and he worked..poor guy. I walked Bourbon Street and Canal Street the first day, and then took a Swamp tour the next afternoon. The last morning I took a city/cemetary tour, then we left that evening. He went to SLC to check a job out and I went home. He flew home the next day.
On May 15th we went North for opening fishing. I caught 3 fish, 2 walleye (4# & 2.5#) and a northern (3#). Hubby and his dad didn't get a nibble...the following week Hubby's nephew and 4 friends were up there and 1 of them caught 6 fish and 1 caught 1 sooooo that was good.
We are getting our flowers and plants in order and also planted some veggies from seedlings. Hope they take.
