These are "Gaucho's" that carry large pieces of meat from table to table...then slices off a piece for you to enjoy. It's soo tender.

Well it's warm, sunny and the humidity is down on non rainy days. It's pretty and it has the BEST roads I've ever been on. Tolls are responsible for that, but at least the monies are going for the roads and they know exactly how much money there is...no skimming allowed LOL.

We went to a wonderful restaurant Saturday evening. Very nice and the food was terrific. Here's a few pictures. There were 4-6 wine racks, floor to ceiling, surrounded in glass and individually air conditioned so the bottles don't get hot up there at ceiling level. The salad bar had 60+ items...different things from artichoke cups (the bottoms), cherry chilis, grilled zucchini, cilantro salsa, brazilian olives (several varities), salmon pate' and much much more. Their bread was a Brazilian Cheese Bread....about the size of a 50 cent piece and crunchy on the outside and doughy on the inside....was fabulous and addictive. LOL We ordered a bottle of our favorite wine and unfortunately they were out of it so they comped us with an even BETTER bottle that was sooooo nice oh my gosh! The wine mixed with the taste of meat was a marriage made in heaven. mmmmmmm good! They had cigars there (no cigar room though) but they were $25.00 per cigar! No no no....LOL LOL
Anyway it was a wonderful experience. I would do that anytime! Indeed I would.

Other than that Hubby is having a fun time doing what he does best and I'm putzing.
