I had surgery December 6th and got home from the hospital December 8th. I've been down in bed for a few days but am getting around more and more each day. The healing process will be slow, but better every day.

Before I went into the hospital, DH and I decorated the house and finished all my Xmas shopping. I have never been finished that soon, but it sure feels good. I do have to knit a couple of items and then that will be it. Everything is wrapped and under the tree, thanks to my friend Stacy. She's such a doll.
Heard from my son and he is doing well. Haven't heard from my gr-son, but there is alot going on there..so just have to play the waiting game with that area of the country. Wish I could swoop in there and bring him here for a bit...... just until things settle down there.
Well everyone...have a wonderful Christmas and a New Year that all your hopes and dreams come true.

Was it your eye surgury??? How are you??? Is there anything wrong??? Sorry have been busy and not checking blogs too much. Hows your mom. PS...Got your Xmas card...thank you. Your's is on the way. All of mine are late this year!
