Finally........up and running, with me messing up ALOT and a great deal of help from my friend, Julie, (thank you so much!). I don't know what this blog is going to be about, except that I'm sure it will grow as it goes along.
First... the slide show is the 3 men in my life. My husband (with Gr-son laying on him) whom I love dearly, my son J, age 31, whom I love dearly too, and his son.....my grandson...who is age 8. Gr-son came to visit us from June 10th to July 8th of this year, 2006. We had a very wonderful and busy time with him. He made a friend, down the street, named Matt, but Papa was the one Gr-son loved to hang with the most. It's "a guy thing" I'm told, but it's wonderful to see. They fished, rode bikes, caught frogs, shot the BB gun, read stories, went to movies, and talked about guy things. I cooked and did the laundry...LOL LOL...no really, Gr-son and I did more than that, but it's nice to see the male bonding. Now that Gr-son is gone...we are kind of at a loss....it's quiet, rooms are straightened up and it's lonely at times. We miss him alot. He is so loved here.
