It was a very relaxing day. Paul took the day off and we went to pick up the wood that he had dried......(we had several trees fall last year due to weather and he had it all cut up to use for finishing the basement).....we then had breakfast and then he worked on the garage....finishing off the shop side, then sweeping and rearrranging the car side where he stacked the wood. Why is it, that no matter how many stalls are in the garage.....there is still sooo much stuff in the car stall side. It must be a man thing. LOL I wrote to Jason and Gage and then Gage called. It is always so good to hear his voice.....he even sang the "You got to Move it Move it" song from the movie Madagascar. He does it so perfectly that it makes me laugh everytime he sings it. There were a total of 3 wild turkeys in the back yard eating and many squirrels and chipmunks. Even a bright red Cardinal. I love watching the wildlife. We even had a few visits from a bear earlier in the summer. I took pictures of the footprints he/she left on our basement window. It's amazing how much goes on in the woods and no one thinks about it unless they see it. Mother Nature was definitely good to the wooded areas.
All in all it was a very relaxing day.
