Yup for the last 2 years (since my last treatment, August 15th 2008) I have seen my Dr every 3 months. She has now said I can see her every 6 months because if the cancer was going to come back, odds are, it would have in the first 2 years. Since my surgery, Feb 2008, it's been 2 1/2 years sooooo there's a good chance it won't be back. YAY!!! It just tickles me.
On the other side of this, there is a 26 yr old young lady that just found out she has breast cancer and is having a double mastectomy. 26 yrs old. so sad that she has to go through this...BE AWARE LADIES! IT HITS ANY AGE AND ANY ONE EVEN MEN.
