The down side is that once I got to M my ankles swelled to 3 times their size. Stayed that way until today...they are still swollen but only 1/2 as bad.
Chemo today...went well...only 1 more treatment left, then 6 weeks of radiation, starting 2 weeks after the last chemo. (they actually are going to give me a little break) Saw the Dr today and that's what he said...also probably thought that the ankle swelling was due to air travel and SALT. So am taking a diruetic (water pill) for a couple of days. My blood count was 2.4, way low, (normal is 4.1 - 10.9) so I get to have daily shots for 12 days UGH...(until my next treatment). Even on Memorial Day! I didn't take any shots while on my trip to M so this is the price I pay. Oh well...and life goes on. It'll come back up with the shots.
I also have a little growth on my beautiful bald head. I am starting to sprout hairs!....so I'm seeing a Dermatologist tomorrow to check to have it removed. Once my hair grows in and I start combing and brushing, that will irritate that growth and I just don't want to deal with it...so OUT DAMNED GROWTH! LOL LOL
Let's see what else....Oh I have a new great niece! Kamdyn, 7lbs-9ozs, 20 1/2 inches long, dark hair and everyone is doing well. What do you think? A beauty right?

A growth!!! Damn, if it isn't one thing it's another! I can't wait to see your new home. We're coming up Saturday..not sure if we're staying the night or not. Rebecca and I are also coming up Wednesday evening by ourselves to meet the movers on Thursday. So if you're up for it maybe we can do dinner. Sonic??? LOL! See you Saturday. I've had a cold this week so if I still have it we may have to miss seeing each other. I think it's allergies or sinuses, but no chances.
